Training
Prior to the opening of your store, you will be required to attend and successfully complete Indigo Joe's intensive 6-week franchise training program. This program is designed to educate each new franchisee in all aspects of restaurant operations and provide them with the tools to achieve success.

Some of the topics to be covered are:
 Customer Service
 Preparation of Indigo Joe's menu items
 Quality and Food Portion Control
 Beverage and Inventory Management
 Cost Control
 Employee Hiring and Scheduling
 Store Safety Guidelines
 Management Tools and Systems
 Turnover Reduction
 Budgeting and Forecasting

Other Training Support
Store Opening training will be provided by our Corporate Training Team for 7 days prior to the opening date of your store and until 7 days after. This training will include a more “hands on” approach to managing and successfully running an Indigo Joe's restaurant. During this period we will work closely with you and you staff to insure a smooth opening and transition to making your Indigo Joe's a successful operation.

Operations
Indigo Joe's provides on-going operational support, even after your store is open, through our field service representatives. These veteran operations professionals provide advice and counsel in all areas of your Indigo Joe’s restaurant. So, help or advice is only a phone call away.

Marketing and Advertising
Indigo Joe's understands the importance of Marketing and Advertising as tools in becoming successful and in creating brand recognition.

In-House Marketing
The dining experience which Indigo Joe's creates for its customers is perhaps the most important type of advertising. Great food, great service and an exciting atmosphere will keep the customer coming back time and time again. This begins with attention to details such as customer greeting, appearance/cleanliness of restaurant, positively outrageous service, suggestive selling and plate presentation are all key elements we focus on to not only keep the customer happy, but to encourage him to tell others about his experience. This is the most successful approach to advertising, as the customer is the best salesman of all!

Advertising
We realize that advertising is very area subjective, meaning, what works in one area will not necessarily be best in another. With this in mind, our support staff at Indigo Joe's works closely with each franchisee to offer advice and support in helping them tailor-make a successful advertising program that works for them.
